Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga Class

Focus on Ujjaii Pranayama as you flow through a wide variety of yoga postures, as well as when holding your postures. This creates feelings of calmness for you to meet all challenges with confidence.

Divine Timing Vinyasa Yoga Class

A gentle relaxing Vinyasa/flow class with an emphasis on modifications to make this practice available to everyone. This class will reduce stress and anxiety, yet increase mobility in your back, shoulders and hips.

All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Class

Linking the movement to breath, this class can be as challenging as intermediate, yet you will receive gentler options to take when needed. Flow through this class with ease and grace.
