Video 1 - The Call to Stillness
It’s in the silence where you’ll connect to Source, Universal Energies or the Spirit of your own Understanding.
Something I’ve seen (and experienced) is this:
When I’m not being productive, I feel really bad about myself.
I don’t enjoy the down time and start to “should” on myself. Instead of taking pleasure in puttering around the house, scrolling on social media or flipping on Netflix, I go into a place of suffering. Feeling like I’m not ever going to accomplish all the things I’m here to do.
Sound familiar? Thank goodness I’ve stopped being so hard on myself!
Now, I’m pretty good about letting myself off the hook, taking some me time and relishing in pleasure.
Those days when I’m unmotivated and uninspired are the MEDITATION phase.
I know you can relate to times when you don’t feel like doing what you’ve scheduled.
When you don’t feel productive it’s frustrating and YET, something is in the works energetically. It’s a valuable time for you to heal, look after yourself and energetically prepare for what’s coming. The calm before the storm, if you will.
When I look back, I recognize it was in those precious quiet moments (days, weeks, months) that I created my best work.
