At www.candacemckim.com we have online training programs, self-study courses, coaching programs, retreats and retail items available for purchase (hereafter referred to as Products). These Products are offered and sold as either a one-time payment up front or a payment plan requiring payments throughout the duration of the Product.
All payments of any Product that have been successfully processed are considered final and non-refundable.
Any registration for Training, Courses or Products that were purchased with the payment plan will require ALL payments paid in full. Payments are considered final and non-refundable.
All communication must be made by email to [email protected] Please do not submit any requests or concerns through social media (ie. Facebook) as those requests will not be considered valid. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Refunds are not available for purchases of Candace's book or card deck. Exchanges are provided in circumstances where the item arrived damaged or is not 100% complete. To request an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] describing the issue. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged product back to Candace and Candace will pay the shipping for the replacement product.
